Claude Werner has downloaded the Board of Police Commissioners reports for all Lethal Uses of Force by LAPD officers since 2005, which total over 1,000. Several dozen of them are off-duty incidents and carry quite a bit of useful information for both POlice and private citizens. The BOPC reports have been meticulously investigated and offer excellent analyses. In this session, Claude will walk attendees through summaries of the most relevant reports and how they might inform our everyday carry decisions.
