Is it a Rabbit Foot or a Gun?

What does carrying a gun mean to you? Is it a tool that you carry just in case you have to use it? Or is it a magical rabbit foot that warns away evil?

I see soooooo many people carrying their gun as an alternative to a good luck charm. It certainly serves the same purpose for them.

You may be carrying a heavy rabbit foot with you if:
-You never train with your self defense tool
-If you’re carrying in a holster you’ve never trained with
-If it’s at the bottom of your purse next to your lipstick
-If you only carry it “when you feel like it”
-carrying without one chambered

It takes one to know one 🤷🏼‍♀️ I use to carry my gun thinking that I was safe simply because I had it with me, as if the “bad guys” could sense this new “bad ass” vibe I was putting off lol. They can’t, because you’re not a bad ass 😂

It’s not a rabbit foot, it’s a tool. Be prepared to use it. I hope the day never comes, but if it does you’d rather be prepared to put shots on target rather than throwing your rabbit foot at them hoping they run scared.
